Opening in April, KēSa House, conveniently located near Singapore’s CBD and in the heart of bustling Chinatown, introduces a new style of accommodation infused with a flexible approach tailored to the on-demand needs of business travellers, relocators and extended stays.

In line with the city’s flourishing start-up culture, KēSa House offers a thriving new environment for like-minded guests to connect. It is a stylishly transformed row of shophouses which have been reimagined for those who want to stop over or stay a while, pioneering the next generation of city living by offering exceptional value with signature comforts. Boasting an inviting 60 room flexible-living concept with six international F&B outlets all under one striking roof, KēSa House is a smart departure from the conventional short stay ‘hotel’ experience.

A stand-out property accentuated by a striking Mediterranean turquoise exterior, the three-storey KēSa House creates a synergy between the culturally rich and vibrant dynamic of its neighbourhood. Located near the CBD and several co-working spaces, the property caters to young professionals, business travellers and those wanting to settle into the Singapore way of life with comfort and ease. Guests who choose to extend their stay will unlock greater value with competitive pricing and a select-service strategy.

KēSa House offers skillfully constructed rooms with optimal functionality which are responsive to the ever-changing needs of the modern guest. Each of the five room categories are unique in layout and all contain intuitive space solutions with a touch of home comfort, including plush beds and powerful rain showers. Urban offers views of the iconic Keong Saik road with plenty of natural light; Cosy is a tranquil, homely option to return to after a long day; and for those on extended stays, the open-plan Studios with fully equipped kitchenettes, living areas and select units with outdoor terrace, offer a fuss-free, relaxed alternative to the conventional serviced apartment.

The experience begins at the KēSaLobby and the Affogato Lounge, an airy integrated check-in space. Serving decadent affogatos, gourmet coffee and micro-batch ice-cream, as well as a range of home-made sandwiches, healthy salads and creative cocktails. This inclusive arrival hub creates a sense of community and is open to both the public and guests, offering a space for coffee meetings and productivity. Upstairs, KēSaLounge borrows the best elements of co-living and co-working; the open, light-filled space with sleek furnishing and multiple charging stations provide an inspiring hub for both business and leisure, with ergonomic design that is conducive to a productive working environment. KēSaKitchen offers the flexibility of starting the day with a home-cooked breakfast, with two fully equipped cooking stations, as well as complimentary coffee from local caffeine heroes Sarnies. Additionally, the Nordaq Fresh water station champions the property’s sustainable approach with free-flow, complimentary access to still and sparkling water. The KēSaTerrace offers another social area to enjoy an al-fresco sundowner after a long day, overlooking the peaceful, pedestrianised Duxton Plain Park. Additionally, with efficiency and convenience at the heart of the value proposition, a complimentary in-house launderette is open 24/7 and a flexible ‘select service’ allows for bespoke and cost-effective housekeeping requirements.

Ashish Manchharam, Founder & Managing Director, says of the opening: “We’re thrilled to be launching KēSa House as part of the 8M Collective portfolio, a smart and sophisticated new flexible living concept. Located in the heart of the action, KēSa House enables a complete immersion into the entrepreneurial and creative communities of Singapore, as well as providing comfortable and versatile spaces to work and relax. We look forward to welcoming our first guests in April.’’
