Global creative workspace provider, Spaces, has further expanded its footprint in Singapore with the official opening of two new workspaces at TripleOne Somerset, Singapore’s premier shopping and entertainment belt in Orchard Road, and Clarke Quay, located a stone’s throw away from Singapore’s restaurant and nightlife district.

Inspired by European design, Amsterdam-born Spaces was born with the idea that a workspace should be fun, inspiring and creative. In September 2016, the company kick-started its global expansion in Asia-Pacific, with the opening of Spaces at City Hall, its first location in the region.

Spanning over 35,000-sq. ft, Spaces at TripleOne Somerset is Spaces’ largest facility in Singapore, occupying two floors at Level 3 and Level 13. The new facility comes with an assortment of amenities including 135 co-working desks, 590 dedicated desks, 16 parking spots, a 3,900-sq. ft business club, 7 meeting rooms, multiple event spaces and conferencing facilities. Besides Spaces-hosted events, members can utilise the event spaces to host client events and product launches.

Strategically located in the city centre and a blue-chip tenant list that includes luxury and lifestyle brands such as Gucci, Casio and Samsonite, TripleOne Somerset is a perfect destination for young budding entrepreneurs at Orchard Road.

Spaces at Clark Quay covers 16,684-sq. ft across 3 floors, with a picturesque view of the Singapore River and Singapore’s exciting nightlife scene. Decorated with a striking aquamarine glass exterior, this modern commercial building exudes elegance and serves an alternative to the sprawling skyscrapers of Singapore’s skyline. It is ideal for those who enjoy meeting with friends over a few drinks after work with a kaleidoscope of nearby bars and pubs along the Singapore River.

Currently, Spaces is available in four locations across Singapore at City Hall, Robinson Road, Clarke Quay and TripleOne Somerset. By mid-2019, the number will increase to six, with the launch of two new locations at One Raffles Place and Paya Lebar Quarter. Once completed, it will cover 250,000-sq. ft (approximately the size of six football fields) of co-working space, catering to all sizes of businesses and individuals. The opening of Spaces at TripleOne Somerset and Clarke Quay is a testament of the company’s swift expansion in Asia-Pacific which comprises a network of 39 locations including China, Japan, India, South Korea, Thailand and Philippines.

Set to open in the next few months, Spaces One Raffles Place is a quintessential modern office that is the next hotspot for flexible working in downtown Singapore. The location features four floors where members can choose from service offices and hot desks to rent or hire meeting, conference and training rooms. Located in the Central Business District (CBD), the 35,000-sq. ft workspace will become the flagship site for Spaces in Singapore, delivering a strong lifestyle-led workspace for a creative way of working for entrepreneurs and established businesses alike.

At the end of the year, Spaces will also be unveiling its 6th office in the precinct of Paya Lebar Quarter. Located at the heart of Geylang, Paya Lebar Quarter is targeted at corporate shakers and entrepreneurs in the Eastern part of Singapore. With a space well exceeding 50,000-sq. ft, the premise can be easily accessed across different MRT lines—East-West Line, Circle Line and Downtown Line.

Conveniently located in between the CBD and Changi Airport, Paya Lebar Quarter is a prime meeting spot for frequent business travellers. Decorated with lush furniture, the new facility is complete with break-out areas, private-offices, a deli café and co-working spaces. Like other Spaces premises, the new facility offers high-speed Wi-Fi connections, helpful administrative staff and other useful services ranging from an on-site bar to cloud storage that transfers across various Spaces locations.
