Families were treated to a carnival experience at OLÁ Residences (OLÁ) last Saturday, complete with giant tent, dancers, jugglers and stilt walkers. The sales gallery was also graced with the presence of local entertainment stars, and coaches from the Real Madrid Football Academy who gave tips to young aspiring footballers, under a giant chandelier handcrafted by ceramic master craftsmen from Spain.

Housed under a 17,000 square-feet tent, the gallery showcases the exceptional landscaping features and amenities on offer for the Spanish-theme luxury 548-unit executive condominium being developed by Anchorvale, a joint-venture between EVIA Real Estate of Singapore and Gamuda Land of Malaysia.

Expected to be completed by December 2023, OLÁ offers a mix of unit types (2 to 5-bedroom penthouse units) and floor sizes ranging from 775 sq ft to 1722 sq ft. Located at Anchorvale Street, a two-minute drive from Nan Chiau Primary School, OLÁ is surrounded by various amenities such as Sengkang Sports Centre and Sengkang MRT.

Reflecting its Spanish theme, each of OLÁ’s nine blocks will feature a painting by world-renowned Spanish artist Eva Armisen. Depicting themes of family and childhood, the paintings will be on display at the sales gallery, with various Instagram-spots with Eva Armisen’s cut-outs around the sales gallery.

The sales gallery at Anchorvale Street (opposite Sengkang General Hospital) will feature new and upcoming technology, such as the debut in Singapore of Samsung SmartThings Hub as well as the unveiling of telehealth start-up HiDoc’s latest equipment, capable of conducting virtual consultations for future residents.

The project will include a biodiversity pond, a sensory garden, a forest and stream deck that will complement the surrounding nature and greenery of the residences, such as Sengkang Riverside Park. To encourage community bonding, OLÁ features 12 lounge and bar areas to facilitate events and gatherings, set within an elevated treetop walk that overlooks a meandering lake stretching half the length of the site.

A unique feature of the development is its emphasis on community living. Residents can sign up for activities ranging from aqua Zumba and aqua Taekwondo to courses for baking and dance, as well as soccer lessons conducted by coaches of the renowned Real Madrid Football Academy.

E-applications for OLÁ are open now to 1st March.
