Begin the evening’s celebration with an aperitif from their extensive and refined selection then relish in the delectable French masterpieces of Executive Chef Michael Michaelidis, who hails from a history of haute cuisine. Whet your appetite with his specialised 7-course Valentine’s dinner menu featuring sea urchin, king crab and a mix of other meticulously prepared meats and seafood.
