With 2020 being the Year of the Rat, many luxury brands like Gucci are coming up with their own unique rat-themed products and capsule collections to appeal to the well-heeled. Here are the top five that have embraced the zodiac animal and made it fashionable.

Off-White Collection

Off-White’s take features minimalistic rat designs and flowers with the phrase “Good Luck” stamped on all their apparel and accessories. If you want to increase your good fortune, this collection might do the trick.

Gucci x Disney

Specially designed by Alessandro Michele, the Gucci x Disney Chinese New Year 2020 Mickey Mouse collection offers a variety of items ranging from leather goods to accessories like necklaces and ties, and even shoes. Fans of Mickey Mouse will be delighted to find designs of the character in different poses.

Moschino’s Mickey Rat

Moschino’s Chinese New Year Collection is based on Robert Armstrong’s comic book character Mickey Rat. A parody of Mickey Mouse, Mickey Rat is more sinister-looking with an exceptionally long nose and sharp teeth. True to Jeremy Scott’s personality, he always finds beauty in the quirky and the unconventional.

Givenchy Limited Edition Year of the Rat Capsule

Givenchy has created a limited edition motif, which is a four-lobed design made up of four rats that is reminiscent of the brand’s signature 4G logo. The collection, available for both men and women in black and white, has edgy written all over it.

Etro x Tom & Jerry

To celebrate Chinese New Year, Etro goes nostalgic by featuring Jerry from the well-known cartoon Tom & Jerry. From t-shirts to bags and keychains, who says you can’t look cute and stylish at the same time?
